L’association COALLIA a pour but de contribuer aux actions d’hébergement social, d’accompagnement socio-éducatif et de formation, en faveur de populations immigrées ou réfugiées, de publics divers en difficulté d’insertion sociale ou professionnelle, de personnes ayant des besoins spécifiques d’accompagnement social telles que personnes âgées ou handicapées. Elle peut, en outre, concourir, notamment par la formation permanente, à toute action favorisant l’emploi et la promotion professionnelle.
