La DISP est composée de 16 établissements pénitentiaires et de 13 services pénitentiaires d’insertion et de probation dont 4 interdépartementaux.Les missions de la DISP : - Elle est chargée de la mise en application des décisions de justice - Elle met en œuvre les politiques nationales- Elle anime, contrôle et coordonne l’activité des établissements pénitentiaires et des services pénitentiaires d’insertion et de probation (SPIP), placés sous son autorité.
