L’association a pour objectif de réduire les inégalités par le biais de la pratique artistique et de l’éducation citoyenne. Les publics principalement visés par les actions de l’association sont les jeunes en situation d’exclusion, d’isolement, de discriminations. Plus largement, le projet associatif de l’Envol s’adresse à toutes les personnes en situation d’exclusion, de précarité, de souffrance sociale et éloignées de l’offre artistique et culturelle et/ou éloignées de l’emploi.
