La mairie de Grandvillars assure diverses missions de service public. Elle comporte plus spécifiquement un service jeunesse dont les missions sont multiples et variées autour de l'enfant : accueil périscolaire ( cantine) et accueil de loisirs. A compter de février 2019, la commune a mis en place le dispositif CLAS : contrat d'accompagnement à la scolarité par lequel une équipe d'accompagnateurs propose un temps et un lieu où l'enfant trouve l'appui d'un adulte qui le valorise, l'aide à découvrir ses capacités.
