Créée en 1997, la MJC de Normandie regroupe 13 associations adhérentes. C'est une des 13 Fédérations Régionales affiliées à la Confédération des MJC de France (CMJCF). L'association a pour objet :d'apporter une aide technique, culturelle, administrative et pédagogique aux associations affiliées d'assurer la liaison permanente entre les associations affiliées et de les représenter de développer le réseau fédéral au profit des communes urbaines ou rurales intéressées de recruter, employer, former le personnel, professionnel et assurer toutes les fonctions liées à la Gestion des Ressources Humaines de participer à la formation des animateurs bénévoles et au soutien des Conseils d'Administration locaux d'organiser ou de participer à toutes actions socioculturelles au niveau régional ou interrégional, national ou international
