Le club du Quand Même Orleix a été fondé en 1940 par Marcel Cadiran. Il est l’un des clubs comptant le plus de licenciés dans le département des Hautes-Pyrénées. Son stade porte le nom de Fernand Dussac, l’un de ses illustres présidents qui dirigea le club dès les années 1950. Il restera président pendant 30 ans.L’école de foot a pour objectif l’accueil, l’éveil et la formation des enfants au football et permet aux licenciés de progresser dans les constantes notions de respect et de plaisir.Une cinquantaine de bénévoles participent à la vie du club.
