La Scène nationale Carré-Colonnes implantée à Saint-Médard-en-Jalles et Blanquefort, dans la Métropole bordelaise, propose une centaine de spectacles pour 200 représentations dont deux festivals : le FAB et Échappée Belle et une centaine de manifestations. Elle développe un projet artistique et culturel atypique avec une programmation pluridisciplinaire qui explore les relations entre les arts et le vivant. Son jardin potager, espace commun, est emblématique de son engagement. Près de la moitié des projets sont développés en espace public et sont, pour une part, des projets de territoires, situés et participatif. L’équipe porte un engagement fort à contribuer à une nécessaire préservation du vivant dans tous les aspects du projet.
