The École des XV supports young people's success by promoting rugby values: commitment, teamwork, respect, and self-improvement. The volunteer participates in the education team's daily animation and support of welcomed youth. You will contribute to equal opportunity by supporting educational success and youth development. By transmitting collective values, you help each person regain confidence, find their place, and project into the future with inclusion and solidarity in mind. You will provide homework help support daily alongside the education team.
