You will help guide users of the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures through occasional interventions at organizations serving populations less familiar with computer tools. You will promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users at the center, particularly vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with digital technology, and assisting them with online services.
