Mission description

"I Like to Speak" is a program by Graine d'Orateur that gives a platform to young people across France, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through debate, slam poetry, and public speaking, it promotes self-expression, confidence, and civic engagement. As a volunteer, you will support selected young participants by answering their questions and creating a welcoming environment, help them structure their ideas and gain confidence in public speaking while respecting their freedom of expression, and participate in selection meetings to review and evaluate participants' speeches.
