Support users in discovering digital tools through workshops, internet navigation, using online services, etc. Digital skills have become essential for administrative procedures. Many people lack these skills due to insufficient equipment or lack of confidence. Cyber-base spaces offer digital workshops, practical work and conferences, as well as assistance with various procedures through partner organizations. Your mission: Assist users with digital autonomy.
