You will help guide users of the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. Occasional interventions may also be conducted at organizations serving populations less familiar with computer tools. You will promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users, particularly vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with digital technology, and assisting them with services.
