The CFA Bâtiment Brittany in Plérin recruits two service civique volunteers to support apprentices in their journey: organization, self-confidence, integration, and campus life, complementing educational teams to support each apprentice's success. You will contribute to apprentices' educational success by combating dropping out, promoting mutual aid, inclusion, and persistence, and developing belonging to a training campus focused on the future. You will provide learning support to help apprentices organize, understand instructions, regain confidence, and assist with group work.
