This project is part of the national CIVIGAZ initiative to combat energy poverty. Volunteers will meet with tenants of social housing providers to raise awareness about energy-saving practices, promote gas safety, build social connections with residents, and identify situations of precarity or isolation. This work complements existing actions by social mediators, including a mobile apartment dedicated to fighting energy poverty across the Sarthe department and energy solidarity services at social centers.
