Organize around two axes: theater workshops with youth (Laboratory Theater, study programs, school interventions) and professional company performances. The company's mission is bringing art to underserved populations. The volunteer helps achieve this through the Laboratory Theater—a creation space welcoming diverse young people to discover theater and themselves. Participants (25+) attend workshops and help guide young people in a priority neighborhood.
