If you're 18-25 and available 5 hours daily, 5 days weekly, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm to welcome, orient, and support patients at the Medical-Administrative Orientation Point (POMA). You will facilitate the link between users and hospital teams and reduce wait times. Under a manager's supervision, you will help inform and direct users arriving at POMA for consultations or hospital admission, facilitating their administrative processing by indicating required documents (health card, insurance, appointment confirmation) and ticket procedures.
