Help orient users at the Tax Center and support them in completing online procedures. Conduct occasional outreach to organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computers. Contribute to guiding users and provide quality support at the Individual Tax Service reception in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. Daily: guide and orient users at the Tax Center, especially vulnerable (disabled) and digitally uncomfortable people; assist with completing online procedures; provide information on available services and direct users appropriately. Conduct outreach to community organizations.
