The volunteer joins the kindergarten team and participates in various daily tasks. This experience allows them to discover how a school operates, develop diverse skills, and grow through regular feedback from staff. They accompany students, including those with disabilities, support their daily well-being in class and on school outings, and help animate educational and civic projects. Outside class time, they prepare materials, track absences, organize books, and help arrange educational materials.
