Public reading is a responsibility of the Seine-Maritime Department. The Culture and Heritage Department works to promote access to books and reading. The Terres de Paroles literary festival aims to reach younger audiences in the field of reading. The volunteer will participate in youth programming, support the organization of cultural and literary events (welcoming artists, booksellers, etc.), and help establish follow-up tools.
