Work with the Territorial Action Team to: Break isolation through individual accompaniment (home or nursing home visits, phone calls, precarity assessments), organize group activities (museum, cinema, restaurant, café visits, creative and wellness workshops, games, vacations, Christmas events), and participate in volunteer team life.
