This mission is part of ESF Badminton's development project to energize club life and open practice to new audiences. It addresses a general interest objective: using sport as a lever for social diversity, health, and citizenship in the region. Working with the team, the volunteer energizes the club on three axes: welcoming and inclusion (diversity, youth integration), organizing events and eco-responsible actions (sorting, reuse), and promoting projects online and social media. This mission truly benefits the club without replacing trained coaches' work. While coaches focus on sport instruction, you support inclusion and community building.
