For years, AJPZ has supported young cooking and baking enthusiasts in achieving their goals and dreams (cooking camps, pop-up restaurants, etc.). If passionate about this, bring your skills to these projects. Cooking workshops are excellent pedagogical tools addressing many subjects: local producers' importance for territorial vitality, quality healthy food enjoyed with pleasure, seasonal fruits and vegetables, solidarity cooking, resourcefulness. Co-lead or lead weekly cooking and/or baking workshops. Welcome young people to the space, prepare workshops (recipes, shopping), manage activities, and share in cleanup.
