The volunteer will help direct users of the Public Finance Center and support them in completing online procedures. They may also provide occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. They will facilitate digital inclusion by assisting fragile and digitally-uncomfortable users at reception, help with online services, and promote digital services.
