Reduce social exclusion by visiting isolated elderly people in collective facilities (nursing homes) and private homes. Working with the team across multiple locations, you'll visit elderly residents in facilities and at home. You'll propose and lead workshops or individual activities based on their needs and interests (digital literacy, knitting, board games, etc.), visit seniors at home or in facilities, and help develop partnerships.
