For over 150 years, Aurore association has addressed society's urgent needs in care, housing and integration sectors. Within the supported housing service in East Paris-Île-de-France South zone, volunteers will work with residents of 3 family residences. Support aging residents in supported housing alongside recognized and committed professional teams. Build connections with senior residents, listen to their concerns and needs. Participate in collective activities, outdoor outings and in-facility events. Participate in home visits with residents and help them develop living skills.
