SERVICE CIVIQUE · Help Users Navigate Digital Tools at France Travail

Service Civique lets any young person aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 with a disability) take on missions paid €620 a month for 6 to 12 months, across a range of fields — a chance to feel useful, build skills, and discover themselves.

Mission description

Support users in using France Travail digital services and tools through assistance with service adoption, writing, reading and tool comprehension. During dedicated workshops, facilitate participant expression, support hands-on learning of digital tools and connect users with relevant associations. Dedicate 10-20% of time to external civic actions in solidarity and ecological transition.
