The volunteer accompanies people with disabilities across three sheltered workshops (ESAT) of Apogei 94. They lead workshops on basic knowledge and digital tools, support workers' independence, and participate in the social life of the facilities. The volunteer runs weekly sessions in reading, simple math, and digital literacy for workshop participants. They prepare educational materials and design adapted activities to foster autonomy, reduce the digital divide, strengthen civic participation, and contribute to a more inclusive society.
