You will help guide users of the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your mission involves guiding users and providing quality support at the reception of the Personal Income Tax Service (SIP) in Villepinte. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users at the Public Finance Center reception, particularly vulnerable persons (those with disabilities) and those uncomfortable with digital technology, and assisting them in using online services.
