Working with the volunteer collective, paid staff, and another volunteer, you'll be involved in running the Quai n°3 community space, especially organizing concrete, welcoming actions by and for young people (12-25 years) in the Montfort Communauté area. Promote youth engagement (12-25): volunteering, solidarity projects, activities. Strengthen listening to youth needs and interests in territory activities. Encourage community and intergenerational connections. Develop youth autonomy and agency. Supported by the organization coordinator and with another volunteer: Participate in action creation.
