You will help orient users of the Tax Authority Center and assist them with online procedures. You may also provide occasional support to organizations working with people unfamiliar with digital tools. By your actions, you will promote digital inclusion by assisting users at the Tax Authority Center and other organizations. Daily tasks include: welcoming and orienting users, especially vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable people, assisting them with online services, and providing digital literacy support.
