Monitor the social situation of incarcerated individuals and prevent reoffending. Work in cooperation with probation officers to conduct reintegration and crime prevention actions, raise awareness among incarcerated persons about means and ways to access social rights, and help facilitate reintegration activities based on identified priorities (maintaining family ties, professional integration). Receive training in first aid, civic education and mentoring support.
