Help orient users at the Public Finance Center and guide them through online procedures. Conduct occasional workshops with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your work will promote digital inclusion by assisting users of the Public Finance Center and partner organizations. Accompany and orient visitors at the center, especially vulnerable people and those uncomfortable with digital tools. Support digital processes and provide patient explanations.
