Create links and support families affected by disability by developing communication and social connection with this audience. Take into account the person with disabilities AND their family, provide accessible information for their decisions and future projects, and remove barriers related to disability. Working 3 days per week with volunteers, tasks include developing and co-facilitating support groups, welcoming and informing participants, reaching out to people hesitant to attend or unaware of services, and sharing information via social media and posters.
