Working alongside teachers managing three classes, the volunteer helps children develop and gain independence. The volunteer may provide additional support for including children with disabilities. Being in a kindergarten means daily support for children and staff. Helping others daily builds mutual recognition and confidence. Tasks include welcoming students, organizing classroom and school life, accompanying school outings, and supporting educational, sports, artistic, and scientific activities.
