Service Civique lets any young person aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 with a disability) take on missions paid €620 a month for 6 to 12 months, across a range of fields — a chance to feel useful, build skills, and discover themselves.

Mission description

Work with FNE Loire's legal department to identify, document, and track environmental violations. Discover environmental law and work alongside the team and volunteers. Objectives: Enable citizens to act for environmental protection by identifying violations and sharing available solutions. Actions: Report environmental violations; gather relevant information; help publicize means of action.

FRANCE NATURE ENVIRONNEMENT LOIRE

Avant de s’appeler France Nature Environnement Loire, la Fédération Rhône-Alpes de Protection de la Nature de la Loire naquit en 1984 d’une volonté commune des associations du département. En 2018, la FRAPNA Loire a sensibilisé près de 25 000 personnes.Dès le 1er janvier 2019, elle devient France Nature Environnement Loire et se compose de 24 associations fédérées. Le développement des compétences individuelles et collectives est un enjeu fort au quotidien pour notre fédération. La mise en coopération et en synergies des contributions individuelles est un facteur de réussite. Du national au local le mouvement France Nature Environnement s'est structuré autour de réseaux.En effet, ces outils composés d'individus qui créent un lien fort autour d'une thématique, proposent au conseil d'administration une grande quantité de réflexions et positions. L'idée est de rassembler autour d'un binôme (un bénévole et un salarié) une équipe qui mobilise ses compétences dans un but commun pour une efficacité toujours plus grande.FNE Loire mène des actions pour la protection de la faune et de la flore, des milieux naturels et de l'environnement. Éducation, préservation, valorisation, réhabilitation de sites naturels, FNE Loire lutte contre les dégradations de notre patrimoine naturel. La création de l’Ecopôle du Forez et la gestion de la Réserve Naturelle Régionale des Gorges de la Loire rentrent dans cette démarche. L'association développe également un axe pédagogique fort. Elle intervient sur des thématiques environnementales (déchets, tri sélectif, écocitoyenneté, jardinage bio, adaptation au changement climatique…) auprès des écoles, collèges, lycées professionnels, universités... En complément des suivis scientifiques et des inventaires faune et floristiques, FNE Loire conduit une dizaine d’affaires juridiques par an en se portant partie civile dans des affaires de pollution ou au tribunal administratif, si cela est nécessaire !
