Help orient users of the Tax Center and support them in their online processes. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Promote digital inclusion by assisting Tax Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and orienting users, particularly vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable individuals, and assisting them in using online services.
