You will help guide users of the Bergerac Tax Office for Individuals and support them in completing online procedures. You may also provide occasional support to organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your actions will promote digital inclusion by assisting Tax Office users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include: welcoming and guiding users at the Tax Office, especially vulnerable or digitally inexperienced individuals, and assisting them in using online services.
