Service Civique lets any young person aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 with a disability) take on missions paid €620 a month for 6 to 12 months, across a range of fields — a chance to feel useful, build skills, and discover themselves.

Mission description

The Aureilhan MJC seeks a volunteer for a civic service mission within the Local School Support Program (CLAS), which accompanies children in their schooling while promoting cultural access. Develop skills in popular education and contribute to children's well-being and development. Exchange with various educational stakeholders to enrich your experience. For children's services: welcome students, establish framework, provide homework support (through CLAS, work methods, tool knowledge), lead activities.

CONFEDERATION DES MAISONS DES JEUNES ET DE LA CULTURE DE FRANCE

La MJCLa MJC d’Aureilhan, association de loi 1901, a été créée fin 1996. Elle a pour vocation de mettre en place des actions d’éducation et de loisirs fondées sur le développement de la démocratie, le rapprochement des catégories sociales et la convivialité. Elle est agréée du mouvement d’Education Populaire et œuvre au quotidien en ce sens.Les valeurs de la MJC :L’objet de la MJC est de favoriser l’autonomie et l’épanouissement des personnes et permettre à tous d’accéder à l’éducation et à la culture, afin que chacun participe à la construction d’une société plus solidaire. La MJC a pour missions d’animer un lieu d’expérimentation et d’innovation sociale au plus près des habitants et d’offrir des services qui encouragent l’initiative, la responsabilité, et la pratique citoyenne. Enracinée dans la ville, la MJC contribue à la création de liens sociaux par l’écoute de la population et sa participation au développement local. Elle agit pour cela en partenariat, notamment avec la collectivité locale, et est force de proposition. La MJC a une conception active de la démocratie et la met en pratique. Elle croit aux vertus de la confrontation des idées, à la nécessité de la créativité. La MJC est ouverte à tous, sans discrimination, dans une ambiance de convivialité. Respectueuse des convictions personnelles, la MJC s’interdit toute attache avec un parti, un mouvement politique ou une confession.La MJC est caractérisée par l’existence de 4 domaines d’activités :♦L’action Enfance♦L’action Jeune♦Les clubs d’activités♦La programmation culturelle
