The "Gender Equality" program involves you in two priority education schools, developed by Afev and school teams. Your role is complementary to other educators. Working in pairs, you will lead workshops to raise awareness about sexism and gender stereotypes, reflect on violence representations and deconstruct misconceptions, and practice listening and support. You will intervene in classes with a structured curriculum during designated hours.
