Develop swimming learning and practice for the broadest audience possible, including young people, seniors, and people with disabilities. Within the French Swimming Federation's "Citizens of Sport" program and the "I'm Learning to Swim" national plan, work to combat the fact that one in two children cannot swim by sixth grade and to prevent drowning. The volunteer will census and meet with target audiences to develop this swimming practice initiative.
