Play a key role in fostering a calm, inclusive and caring school climate. Work closely with the educational team to support students daily and implement bullying prevention projects. Individually support struggling students alongside teachers, manage absences to prevent dropout, and co-organize prevention times (psychosocial skills workshops, No to Bullying Prize projects). Provide direct intervention support, participate in absence tracking and create prevention activities.
