Service Civique lets any young person aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 with a disability) take on missions paid €620 a month for 6 to 12 months, across a range of fields — a chance to feel useful, build skills, and discover themselves.

Mission description

Join the professional and volunteer team to improve seniors' well-being in nursing homes, at home or with associations. Elderly people are full of resources and desires, waiting for you to support them. Are you dynamic, smiling and want to build connections with older adults? You will work in pairs and with the team to visit elderly people, encourage isolated residents to connect through exchanges, accompany people on outings like walks and exhibitions, and propose creative activities.

Née début 2021, la mobilisation « Service Civique Solidarité Seniors » (SC2S) a pour but de lutter contre l’isolement des seniors et de développer le lien entre les générations via l’engagement de la jeunesse, au travers de missions de Service Civique. Elle vise à accompagner tout jeune motivé à s'engager auprès de nos aînés. Si tu souhaites être utile tout en développant de nouvelles compétences, et aussi si tu souhaites apprendre et t'enrichir humainement, alors nous t'invitons à consulter les missions proposées par la mobilisation SC2S.
