You will help guide users of the Tax Office and assist them with online procedures. You may also provide occasional support to organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. By your actions, you will promote digital inclusion by assisting Tax Office users and those of partner organizations. Daily tasks include: welcoming and orienting users, especially vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable persons, and assisting with online services.
