Your civic mission is to help residents escape routine and sometimes isolation by proposing activities and intergenerational sharing opportunities. You'll bring good humor and joy to residents and brighten their days while potentially discovering a future career in elderly care. With your mentor's support, you'll organize games and convivial moments, accompany residents to activities to encourage participation, read newspapers to residents, and propose activities.
