You will help direct users of the Tax Administration Center and assist them with online procedures. You may also make occasional interventions with organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your action promotes digital inclusion by providing support to Tax Administration Center users and those in organizations where you intervene. Daily, you will welcome and guide users at the Tax Administration Center, particularly fragile or digitally uncomfortable people, and assist them in using online services.
