You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and support them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your mission will promote digital inclusion by assisting Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include: welcoming and guiding users at the reception desk, particularly vulnerable individuals (people with disabilities, etc.) and those uncomfortable with technology; assisting them in using online services.
