Work in small group homes welcoming approximately 13 people with intellectual disabilities. This is a rewarding social and environmental challenge to build your confidence and skills. This mission is both collective and personal. In group homes, you will participate in daily life and household tasks, creating a true 'home' for residents. Provide caring, reassuring presence and foster good relationships among residents. You will live with people with disabilities. While no qualifications are required, strong motivation and genuine commitment are essential.
