You will help orient users at the Public Finance Center and assist them with online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computers. You will promote digital inclusion by helping Public Finance Center users and those at partner organizations. You will welcome and guide users at reception, particularly vulnerable people and those uncomfortable with technology, and assist them in using online services.
