Mission description

Participate in implementing animation programs, promote resident well-being, participation and inclusion in the nursing home, maintain social bonds, and gather residents' needs and wishes. Tasks include: preparing and organizing activities, accompanying residents during programs, encouraging exchanges and sociability, setting up recreational and cultural activities, organizing festive events, and helping prepare spaces.
