As a volunteer at DAME Grand Besançon on the Montfort site, you will participate in projects promoting autonomy, career discovery, and integration of young people with disabilities (intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder) aged 9-20. Encourage social and professional inclusion by developing their autonomy, exposure to the working world, and participation in social and civic life. Participate in activities helping young people discover different careers and professional environments. Contribute to skill development and social integration.
